scorers are kind of weird.

Describe the solution you'd like
Use the scorers to help the user PICK a Scale, but show the scale. Don't reference a Scorer. Reference a Scale.

Additional context
This makes it easier for us to take 4 or 5 point scales and convert to binary in a Case if we wanted to.. Also avoids the issue of picking a scorer that has no scale, like the Recency Scorer.
