Is jcamp_write available?

I cannot find a way to use jcamp_write which briefly explained on the first page. Is it actually available in 1.2.2?

Self answer. I use WinPython and jcamp is 1.2.2.

I checked the library in the local and found that jcamp_write is not found but only on the git repository.

I copy the lines and paste the functions.
