When you delete a language and transfer it's content to another language it'll mess it up

I'm unclear on what you mean. What will mess what up? How is SEOmatic involved in this?

Hi, I have two languages and I’ve already filled in the two languages in seomatic. then delete one language, the wrong language will be applied in seomatic. let’s say I have german and english, then I delete english, the english translation will be preserved. Yesterday I’ve duplicated a project and went from „ch_de“ (Swiss High German) to „de“ (German) and chose to copy over the language I delete (ch_de) to the new language (de) and suddenly the contents from the old project were in seomatic. That's very strange... are we talking about the Field or some other settings in SEOmatic?
