The error message is correct as / is a special character and therefore not included in alphanumeric characters and spaces. This is instead a feature flaw as names with / in them will not be allowed as valid inputs.
The
name
field does not allow any special characters, which is nice, but it should allow/
as a lot of names contain/
in them.For example - Abdul s/o Muhammad
this can cause inconvenience for Malay people as a lot of their names have 's/o' or 'd/o' in them.

Just this one step is required to reproduce the above screenshot :
ac name/Panav s/o dua
You can see if it's possible to lift this restriction as that would help Malay people!
