How do I get the resume page?

Hi folks,

Thanks to the creator of blowfish. This theme was a breeze to install and it was fairly simple to get to where I wanted.

I have one question, is there any pre-set way to get the resume to work?

I am unable to understand how the logos are to be selected and posted. My logos are different sizes, do they auto resize or do I need to do it myself?

Help appreciated.
