NUnit3TestAdapter 5.0.0-beta3 sometimes cause a F# project unable to build #1221

When reporting a bug, please provide the following information to speed up triage:

NUnit and NUnit3TestAdapter versions

5.0.0-beta3

Visual Studio edition and full version number (see Help About)

Visual Studio (17.11.5)

A short repro, preferably attached or pointing to a git repo or gist

No simple reproduce, but with 4.6, no error occured.

What .net platform and version is being targeted

net 9 (9.0.100-rc.2.24474.11)
