Plot

Change appearance of plot legend (really low priority, less than SWE units)
- Can the circles, square, and triangle be removed from the lines in the plot legend so they are just plain lines? If this is too hard/time consuming leave as is.
- Can the interquartile range marker be a square instead of a circle? If this is too hard/time consuming leave as is.
- Reposition
  - NOTE: after discussion, @windnagelnsidc, didn't we decide not to do this because the shape of the line plot won't be predictable? Correct, we will NOT reposition plot legend.
- Display min/max years in legend label
