Is there a specific documentation page you are reporting?

https://nx.dev/recipes/tips-n-tricks/eslint
https://github.com/nrwl/nx/blob/master/docs/shared/eslint.md

Additional context or description

ESLint as of version 9 enforces the use of flat config files, replacing the old eslintrc config. This documentation page still uses the old config format and is therefore irrelevant to projects that are up-to-date.
