Saving of files to default folder and "Open in folder"

There should be an option to configure to client to save files to a configured directory instead of nagging the user with a "Save As" dialog on every transfer. Also, the user should be able to right click the file transfer to still access the "Save As" dialog regardless and also have the ability to open the folder the file is in with the file highlighted (open in folder). Maybe I should spread these out to separate issues -- let me know.
