The catalog list view should have dividing lines between items.

This should be in Hyku and carry up to Pals.

Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] Catalog list view has dividing lines between items This is standard Hyrax

• alignment of 'user collection' tag
• description is truncated

- [ ] restyle titles to not be underlined This is standard Hyrax
