Notation v1.2.0 release will comply to OCI spec v1.1.0, and here is a request for a document on Notation supports OCI spec v1.1.0.

As we plan Notation v2.0.0 to include changing the default behavior to use Referrers API by default for notation sign command. We can document it by that time.
