Publish a table of results in the README.md

As we're moving to only benchmark circom in this repo (#5), the benchmarks should be pretty static over time so we should just publish a table of results for easy consumption.

We should ideally have a script to generate this table as we're going to be modifying the suite of benchmarks in future so we should streamline rerunning these.
