Add user setting for dark / light mode

Details

Add a number choice field to user settings that enables the user to be able to set light or dark mode.

Tasks

  • Add the setting
  • tests
    • model field exists
    • API field is of choice type
    • Field only contains light, dark or browser (default) as choices.
