Ticket comment not adding user as the commenter #460

When a comment is created, the user whom created the comment is supposed to be added as the commentor,

Details

During serialization, the user whom added the comment must be added as the person whom created the comment.

Validate ALL fields exist for each comment type
Ensure user is added as commentor
Review the comment tests to see where the failure was in detecting this required field
