Test to ensure that the global org is filtered

When defined, a global organization. will cause items marked as global to be placed within the global organization. This is regardless of the users choice of organization.

Details

As part of #406, the global organization was filtered from ALL organization fields. This needs to be tested to ensure that the global organization does not display within ANY organization field.
