when removing entries from judging, do they affect the scores?

I assume they do, but just wondering what the right thing is.

So, scores aren't really calculated exactly correctly when entries are
removed (they'll still contribute to the popularity score calculation).

We should do a cleanup pass before voting finishes just to be sure
everything is correct. Though honestly, I'd be fairly surprised if it made
any difference at all, b/c everything being removed is at the way bottom of
the popularity pool.
