Nice troll face, that broke the game. Still not working, I updated the source code and I compiled again. Btw, that's the shortcut I execute: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\hl2.exe" -game cstrike -nosteam -insecure -console +developer 5 +net_graph 2 engine.log file output right now:

copy from half-life 2 steam folder hl2/misc*.vpk to counter-strike folder hl2. |

My apologies if someone who knows source game development nature thinks this issue is a newbie level, it isn't because I wanted to disturb 😅 lol idk how that happened, well, I don't have experience to touch that engine Although for me, it's interesting to see how far that engine can go. I doubt it can be more efficient and user-friendly for game devs/editors. I see the engine is pretty different from classic Quake, I believe that contributing some small/tiny stuff here would be better forget Quake 1/2/3 game development nature. Btw, I just found other issues on CStrike Source. I'll open these issues. P.D. Funny moment, I didn't know about that troll face emoji in GitHub, that's new. lmao |
Since #182 was merged (discussions on #156), on CStrike, the main screen doesn't load all UI components and even you can't open console. Only loads that:
