No such map but map exists

Linux server on Ubuntu is starting with no problem and and all works fine but Invalid map
All standart maps exist in cstrike/maps
I tried to create mapcycle.txt but i got the same issue Invalid map, server is using default mapcycle now
The same issue happens with all custom maps in cstrike/custom or cstrike/maps
Server starts with any map +map (map name) and changes level by map (map name) in console
Whatever but map cycle on server doesn't work, when the maptime is up server changes level to map which it started
maps * in console shows all the maps in cstrike/maps
CSS resources by steam (app_update 232330 validate)

Well, that's known issue of mapcycle. Something was broken in tf2 fork of source.
