The stream is not live stream it is recorded video. But code is detecting it live stream. When trying to download it, getting Index was out of range error. When i try after few hours or days, it starts downloading the video normally. Also, i found that if i open the webpage and stream video for few seconds, this issue resolves. Below the complete error message. How i can fix this issue.
