可否新增只录制某个时间之前的直播分片? #570

在下载 mpd 的时候, 可不可以新增以本地时间作为开始下载的片段?
即是类似 --live-take-count, 但是以时间去计算, 例如只下载 10 分钟前的部份.

另外对于某个有 3 小时回看功能的网上电视直播来说, 例如现在是 10:00pm, 我想下载 9:00pm 的一个节目, 时长 30 分钟这样.

我目前是用修改过的 XstreamDL-CLI 去做这件事, 如果你可以加入这功能, 那我就可以直播转用 N_m3u8DL-RE 了.
