Fully suppress shaka-packager logging #540

Have an option to fully suppress the logging of the shaka-packager or even mp4 decrypt. I am using shaka-packager on the screenshot. The --quiet flag is not enough. Setting --minloglevel=5 --stderrthreshold=5 --quiet works for me
