Please add Timepicker Support

I really love belle! The only thing which is missing at the moment is a real fancy (drop in replacement) time picker. You already did a wonderful date picker, so this would be a good addition to your library!

happy to do so! What's a good timepicker? I know the one from material, but found the 2 step clock rather confusing … any recommendations?

Chrome's built-in timepicker (<input type="time">) is the best one I've ever found in the internet.
