Task

  • Use pyproject.toml as config file reference
  • Enable strict mode and forbid to use Any
  • Add pre-commit hook and `Makefile command

Expected state

Configured type checker, which will not allow publishing changes without passed strict checks.
Works well in terminal and IDE.

Describe the actual state after completing this issue.
