Gave glogg a look at again hoping it might do this but no. So leaving it as a suggestion.
Namely some shortcut key which moves to the next and/or previous file in a sequence of numbered log files. They are commonly sequenced with .n (n being an intenteger, 1, 2, 3, 4) appended to the filename. I am currently interested in this folder for example:
And find something in a recent log file so want to move from one to the next. Will look for another way of course, but tried glogg in the hunt. SO thought I'd leave a suggestion for implementing a log files (plural) browser.

Thanks, that sounds like an option to note. If the File Open GUI command allowed multiselect that would be a cool complement (perhaps it does, I'm not in a position to try it right now).. With a list as large as the one above though this may have quite a memory hit, and it's still an idea to implement a log files browser ... so you can move easily through a list of similarly named logfiles. This convention of number tacking is after all very common.
