  1. 你可能需要打开一个项目，他是依附项目的。
  2. 如果打开项目还是出现这问题，重启vscode

I have the same problem. I have tried to fix it by opening different projects, restarting VSCode, and reinstalling the extension. But none of that works.
Fixed, a bug in another extension was causing this issue.
