Secondly, make sure that your Firewall/Anti-Virus/Anti-Trojan is not blocking connections to *.nicehash.com.

For people who's connections resemble this:

Router ----> [wan] ----> [wlan] ----> Router ---> [internet]

make sure you switch off the firewall on the router connected to the Internet or make sure to allow all connections to *.nicehash.com.
