nginx plus dashboard from something other than 127.0.0.1

As per discussion this issue is linked to, can you create container args to allow us to access the dashboard from something other than 127.0.0.1.

Ingress has this via the following flag.

--nginx-status-allow-cidrs=127.0.0.1,10.0.0.0/8
