[Feature Request] Conditional entries based off field rules

It would be great to have an option rather than selecting entry types to allow showing entries that match conditional fields. Similar to how the Reasons plugin functions, but for entries:

So in this screenshot, instead of saying "Show this field if" I'd have the same functionality and it would say "Return entries matching:"
