As I understand, to register with bioregistry, we still need to have our purls in place, or some other persistent identifer.

Would it be enough to have an identifiers.org mapping set up?

Actually, the purls are now in place (if you now click a term in Swate it will direct you to the term in the TS4TIB lookup service) so we should be able to register DPBO with bioregistry. @AngelaKranz has to decide that though, not me.
