Feedback from user training:

Ontology terms, updated with new terms from ARCitect

Would be good to have some routine to update the ontology based on free text user-input to tools like ARCitect and Swate.

Sorry i think i don't get it.

Do you mean:

  1. Collect free-text terms via ARCitect and Swate
  2. Collect these from ARCs and open issues on nfdi4plants_ontology

?

IMO technically this is about crawling the DataHUB, collecting free-text terms and group them by similarity?

Or am I missing something?
