lauch pipeline should have an option to output yaml as well as Json

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Using the launch button on a webpage takes us to a site to fill in the parameters necessary for running a pipeline, and presents it in Json format for offline.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It would be nice if the output format also supported YAML too, which would allow commenting on the user side later.
