While running the current latest dev commit (2fe0e47) with --run_amp_screening and --save_db, I'm seeing the following warning:

WARN: Process `NFCORE_FUNCSCAN:FUNCSCAN:AMP:AMP_DATABASE_DOWNLOAD` publishDir path contains a variable with a null value

This results in amp_DRAMP_database getting saved in a directory called null, inside <outdir>/databases:

$ ls databases/*
databases/amrfinderplus:
amrfinderdb.tar.gz

databases/antismash:
antismash_db  antismash_dir

databases/null:
amp_DRAMP_database

databases/rgi:
card_database  card_database_processed
