Update all 'ubuntu' containers to the same

Just noticed when running 2.0.0 that it pulls both a ubuntu 22.04 and ubuntu 20.04 container..

Fixed in #431 (gunzip had 22.04, untar had 20.04, now both their containers were updated to the same one)
