[Bug]: no scrollbar to the right in files when using high contrast theme

Bug description

If you switch to high contrast mode in apperance and accessibility the scroll bar to the right disappears in files. You can scroll with arrows but you cant see the scrollbar.

Steps to reproduce

1. switch to high contrast mode
2. go to a folder where you have lots of files.
3. Notice that the scrollbar is gone

Expected behavior

Have a scollbar to the right of the screen
