Help with AIO Mastercontainer loading speed

I've been using Nextcloud AIO for quite a while now.
recently I switched my setup from debian 12 to truenas to get a more stable system that was not maintained with workarounds and hopes and dreams
ever since doing this, the Nextcloud AIO Mastercontainer has been really slow to load
when browsing to the Mastercontainer web UI the only page that loads quickly is the page that tells you to stop the apache container. the moment you log in with correct credentials or log in through the button in nextcloud, the page will take around 10 to 15 minutes to load, whenever you press any button in the web UI past the login screen will take about 15 minutes to get a response from the mastercontainer.
I have deployed the mastercontainer in 3 ways in the past to try and fix this issue

• using bare docker compose
• using docker stack deployment in portainer
• using "install an app via YML" in the truenas webui
  all have the same issue

the logs don't show anything of note mastercontainer.log
these logs I got from when I was running the master container using bare docker compose. during this time I browsed to the webpage. entered the passphrase and got stuck on the loading screen

the Mastercontainer Web UI was more responsive when Nextcloud was not installed
but the moment that Nextcloud got installed the insane load times started

I couldn't find any other discussions regarding this specific issue and I have been stuck for months trying to figure this out
Any clues as to what the issue may be?

oh forgot to add that if I were to suffer through the loading times and start nextcloud
nextcloud will start and nextcloud itself will work as expected and will load quickly
it is just the Mastercontainer that is slow
