Change indicator colours should be reversible

The up arrow is green and the down arrow is red. But there are occasions where a number going down comapred to the previous period is considered a good thing, and so it should be possible to swap the colours.

Agree with this, also we would sometimes want to 'brand' these, especially to match other widgets/viz's on the dash
