Event Rules not triggering after Upgrade to v4.1

Hi,

I just upgraded to v4.1. Now I have the following problem: There are multiple Event Rules listening to e.g. Interface Updates. Since the update, they do not create jobs. I deleted one rule and re-created it. It still does not work. Does somebody else have the same problem?

Tested it in a fresh installation, same problem, I will transfer this to an issue
