bulk selection menu not appearing #44

Steps to Reproduce

Add a Napalm Config
Go to the list view and click the checkbox next to one of the Napalm Config items in the list

Expected Behavior

A edit/delete bulk action button should appear

Observed Behavior

No buttons appear
