Proposed functionality

Proposal to add update functionality to netbox.netbox.netbox_site ansible module.
Currently the documentation lists that Creation and Removal is possible.
If I try to make changes or add information to an existing site the following message is returned:
"site with this slug already exists."

Use case

Adding update functionality would allow the module to be idempotent.
Changing or adding information at scale would also be convenient.
