Motivation

We need requirements for simplifying our onboarding.

Completion Criteria

document draft ready for review

Description

  • Create a new doc
  • Gather info from @Milstein
    • Slack conversation in progress
  • Flesh out Draft
  • update from notes section
  • first review with management & milson
  • second review with engineers

Notes

  • User Persona - new domain scientist who wants to start a project, needs to be simplified/automated
  • New course user OPE
  • New Course user not OPE
  • Demo user with time limits
  • People who are on a project, make it easier to add/delete users
  • Bare Metal how to make it automated and controlled by ColdFront
    • Quota needs to be based on Machine capacity and cost
