Please verify the server serial number in addition to it's rack location. I believe the rack is accessible via HU (FASRC) keyset.
Please examine BMC interface link status, and re-seat the cable. If this does not restore the link status, a cable from host above it (in U3 - as long as it matches serial number J1018PXE) can be used to temporarily swap and further investigate if the problem is with the server int, or cable+switch.

We lost BMC connectivity to a server nerc-hyp-24 and would like to request troubleshooting of the physical cabling.
Server: nerc-hyp-24 (Lenovo SR670)
Serial Number: J1018PXF
Location: R7-PC-C13 - U1
