_eq function with flag diacritics didn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. if i give flag diacritics to stem, and i want to reduplicate that stem
2. the stem isn't always bare, it may have prefix or sufix
3. flag diacritics can not be eliminate, if i do so the prefix or sufix will 
give me error core dumped or double free corruption

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect output of reduplication and prefix can work together, but it always 
core dumped

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version using linux and windows, it is same
