Just passing on a question I got from a center here:
"Is the DCC able to separate out the Nanostring GeoMx DSP imaging files from all the other assay imaging files so that 2 separate bar plots/tables would be visible? One for GeoMx DSP and one plot for the rest of the imaging assays. They are currently merged and that is why the graph of Level 3 and Level 4 data look so sparse. It is because L3 segmentation and L4 don’t exist for the Nanostring GeoMx assay and will always be blank for those samples."
Is this possible or necessary?
