Good morning

I am running SNVstory on multiple samples and am looking to differentiate between different output reports. Currently, the output I get from running what is on the readme labels the output as default.file. Is there any way for me to get outputs reading samplename.file? I only see specification for output directory.

Thanks
Erin

I have tested using the --output_filename function. However, this only changes the .csv output file name. Is there any way to specify the .html and .pdf file names?

This should be a simple fix I'll look into adding something like this shortly.
