OpenMCT vs Cosmos

Does the OpenMCT and Cosmos (https://cosmosc2.com/) provides the same functionality ? Both seems open source. Just curious on advantage of one over other.

It looks like Cosmos is specialized for software service telemetry & ops whereas OpenMCT is a generalized platform that can be used any many other cases. The trade-off being OpenMCT isn't specialized for what you want and thusly requires more development to get it ingesting your data just the way you want it.
