Check and update static images/screenshots

We have static images/screenshots in the docs. We should check and update them. If possible, we should use a code-cell to set up the view and screenshot.

@carlosmariorr and I were chatting about this yesterday at the community meeting. So I'm just tagging here as this will be a good way to centralize any discussion.

Yes I agree about autogeneration, but it's a lot to implement right now
I wonder if an LLM can help make it easier?
I also wonder if we can use scripts, like the examples to autogenerate images when its the full viewer

Sorry i wasn't clear. I meant using a code cell. There are cases where we just need a code cell to set up the viewer and screenshot. Obviously autogeneration is a big lift.
