Screen is empty & when I press cntrl or space then only it shows

When enter n8n my entiere workflow in blank and it does not show anything but when I click cntrl button or space bar button then only it shows.

What is the error message (if any)?

Can you start with an upgrade to 1.75 and let me know if you still have the same issue.

If you do it would be handy to know more about how you have n8n deployed and if you are getting any errors in the browser dev console.
