Bug Description

when updating/adding a row in Google Sheets, the "=" sign will be deleted in N8N if you close and open the node editor messing up the formulas.

To Reproduce

  1. Create Sheet Node
  2. Add formula with "=" sign and select "expression"
  3. Close node
  4. Open Again

Expected behavior

The "=" sign should be left there when using expressions in the fields

1.68.0

20.17.0

We have created an internal ticket to look into this which we will be tracking as "N8N-7953"
