my docker self-host n8n 1.66.0

Credentials in project - Personal are not just my credentials but including other project's

To Reproduce

just click project - Personal
and click Credentials tab

Expected behavior

Credentials in project - Personal should be just created by myself

We have created an internal ticket to look into this which we will be tracking as "GHC-467"

oh, btw, my user is n8n owner.
I tried a admin user , issue still there.
for a member user , no problem
