I would like to be able to take advantage of my old Google Pixel and its ability to upload photos and videos to Google Photos in original quality. However, when I use apps such as SendAnywhere or PhotoSync, only transfer still images.

Apple uses a .jpg photo and a .mov video that when combined by the software produce a combination of both.

Google uses a .jpg file and its name starts with MVIMG_ which is their way of figuring out if it's a photo or a video. It could be that formats have changed, according to this issue discussion, to "PXL_date_time.jpg for regular photos and PXL_date_time.MP.jpg for motion pictures".

I would like to have a way to convert iOS Live Photos to Google Motion Photos and then back them up in their full quality and with all the EXIF data. If that's not possible on this tool, I understand, but let me know if you have seen a similar tool that I could get. Thank you!
